Services

Find the bottleneck. Fix the system.

Four service lines, in the order most businesses need them. Every engagement starts as a fixed-scope project with a written deliverable. If you want us to stay, the fourth line is a monthly retainer.

No prices on this page. Scope first, then a fixed fee in writing.

01

Foundations

How the business makes money

Before you fix a process, know which parts of the business pay for the rest. Foundations puts your model, your prices and your cash on one page.

Who it is for

Owners who are busy but not sure which jobs, customers or services actually make money. Businesses pricing on a hunch, or on what the last guy charged.

What you get

  • Business model map: where revenue comes from and what each part costs to deliver
  • Pricing and packages: tiers set on your numbers, with a one-page rate card
  • Cash flow forecast: 12 months ahead, in a spreadsheet you can keep updating

Typical format

Fixed scope · 4 to 6 weeks

Two working sessions with you, access to your books, then a written model and a walkthrough. Fixed fee, agreed before we start.

02

Systems

Fix the inefficiencies

The work that leaks time: quotes that wait on you, jobs done twice, invoices that go out late. Systems maps how work actually moves, then writes down the better way.

Who it is for

Owners who are the bottleneck. Teams that ask the same questions every week. Businesses about to hire, where the new person would have nothing written to follow.

What you get

  • Workflow audit: a map of how the work really runs, where it waits, and what each wait costs
  • SOP writing: the key procedures written down, step by step, so they can be handed off
  • Software setup and automation: the right tools configured, and the repeat steps automated

Typical format

Fixed scope · 3 to 8 weeks

The workflow audit is the usual first engagement. SOPs and software come next, scoped from what the audit finds.

03

Growth

Getting customers

Once the business can take on more work without breaking, Growth gives it a clear place in the local market and a pipeline that is written down, not remembered.

Who it is for

Established businesses that grow by referral and want it to be less random. Owners who do all the selling and want a process someone else can run.

What you get

  • Local market positioning: who you are for, who you are not for, and how to say it
  • Sales pipeline map: every stage from lead to signed job, with owners and follow-up rules
  • Strategic partnerships: a shortlist of the businesses that should be sending you work, and the approach

Typical format

Fixed scope · 4 to 6 weeks

Usually after Foundations or Systems, so the offer and the capacity are already clear.

04

Operations

Done with you

A written system only counts once the team runs it without you. Operations is the stay-in-the-room option: a set number of hours each week, until the new way is the normal way.

Who it is for

Owners who want the fixes to stick and do not have an operations lead yet. Businesses between "too small for a manager" and "too big to run from the owner's head".

What you get

  • Fractional operations: 5 to 10 hours a week inside the business, running the systems with your team
  • Monthly strategy sessions: the numbers, the bottleneck of the month, and the next fix
  • A written handover whenever you decide to stop

Typical format

Monthly retainer · 3-month minimum

Follows a fixed-scope project. Scope and hours agreed each month, in writing.
