Who we are

Clearline Systems is the operating name of [CORPORATION NAME] Canada Inc., based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. The person responsible for privacy is Michael, at michael@clearlinesys.ca.

What the contact form collects

When you send the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, company name if you give it, a revenue range if you choose one, and your message. We ask for it so we can reply to you and prepare for a call. We do not ask for anything we do not need for that.

Where it goes

The form is handled by a third-party form service, [FORM SERVICE: Formspree or Web3Forms], which passes your message to michael@clearlinesys.ca by email. That service stores a copy of the submission on its own servers, which may be outside Canada, under its own privacy policy: [LINK TO FORM SERVICE PRIVACY POLICY]. If you would rather not use the form, email us directly.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries in email for as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement and our record-keeping obligations after it. If we do not work together, we delete your enquiry within [12 months]. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Booking a call

If you book through the booking link, the booking service ([BOOKING SERVICE: e.g. Calendly]) collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details by email.

The bottleneck calculator

The calculator on the home page runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not stored and are not sent to us or to anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google; Google's privacy policy covers that request. [If analytics are added later, update this section before they go live.]

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it, subject to any legal reason we must keep it.
• Complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca if you think we have handled your information badly.

If this page changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
